Job Description:
As the Human Resources Manager at LB Event Decor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our HR function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and HR compliance. You will work closely with the executive team and provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting our company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM certification preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs
- Ensure HR policies and practices are up to date with employment laws and regulations
- Support and guide managers and employees on HR-related matters and employee development
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed
