A successful PPC Specialist will manage internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, SEO, and analysis of ad performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns for Google and Microsoft
Keyword research and management to optimize bids
Optimizing bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns and including reviewing expensive underperforming keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget
Maintain Quality Score, impression share, and other related metrics
Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTA’s on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other KPI’s
Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry standards

Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Analytical mindset
Highly organized both with workload allocation and time management.
Thorough understanding of HTML, JavaScript, deciphering, and retargeting codes, and tag usage.
Proficient in AdRoll
Creative mindset that can leverage emotions of potential customers
Brand awareness comprehension
Highly adaptable
Hungry for knowledge
Passionate about trying new things
Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business, and Microsoft Ad’s
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, OR equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PPC position
Budget management of more than $20K Monthly
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to physically access and navigate each department at our facility daily.
