Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable process
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and calculations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of governmental accounting regulations is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
