About The Role

The Resident Experience Associate plays a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. This role involves various tasks such as greeting and assisting individuals, managing packages and mail, providing administrative support, and contributing to resident engagement events. Key duties include coordinating move-in and move-out processes, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, and managing administrative tasks such as paperwork organization and report preparation. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and professional greetings to residents and visitors, in person, through written and video communication.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the property and company positively.
  • Assist in directing lobby traffic, keep communal areas tidy, and manage loaned items for residents and visitors.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of property details, current residents, and amenity offerings.
  • Execute digital and physical marketing initiatives for building events and company initiatives.
  • Submit maintenance requests and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues as needed.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out dates efficiently by scheduling on the calendar, confirming resident appointments, and assisting with parking and elevator usage.
  • Execute and perform activities in support of the property's lease renewal program by leading conversations with residents and managing their renewal documents
  • Familiarize yourself with the terms and policies outlined in the lease contract, using it as a reference to enforce community guidelines.
  • Promptly address resident inquiries and concerns while serving as the primary contact for all resident communications and requests, including handling phone calls, online inquiries, and property-related matters
  • Organize digital and physical paperwork and files to ensure efficient document management.
  • Manage and regularly update various reports including but not limited to package management logs, lease renewal updates, and project trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize engaging resident events, and assist with event operations, including attendance tracking, note-taking, event space setup, and distributing event details to residents.

Ideal Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Background in property management ideal but not required
  • Experience using Zendesk or other task management software
  • Proficient in using Google Suites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • This role requires the employee to have weekend availability, including Holidays.
