Warehouse Inventory Analyst oversees the storing, receiving, and distributing processes of an organization’s Inventory. Main duties include controlling the flow of Inventory, tracking, and analyzing inventory maintenance.


Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of Freezer Inventory for Foodservice storage locations
  • Dispose of obsolete inventory each Period
  • Open Order Reporting
  • Co-Pack Invoice Reconciliation
  • Sample Request Processing
  • Inbound Load Reconciliation and Monitoring
  • Recall Reporting
  • Placing inventory on Hold in SAP and each freezer location / Releasing inventory on hold
  • Everest Concerns
  • Period End inventory Reconciliation
  • EDI Error Logs
  • Customer order shipment reconciliation and Monitoring


Desired Experience

  • 2 year’s supply planning analysis experience in a CPG manufacturing company

Desired Education

  • Operations / Supply Chain Management/Business Administration relevant degree
