The Shop Leader is responsible for creating a positive environment that maintains and exceeds Floyd's service standards in client service, retention of clients and staff, technical services, and in-shop safety standards. The Shop Leader must be on the floor taking clients and be proficient in all areas of cutting.
We offer competitive commission (50% to start) hourly safety net tips bonus benefits! With Floyd's higher price point and huge client base, you can expect to make OVER 65K in the first year; your motivation will determine your income with our compensation plan. You're in charge of your pay!

Requirements:
- 3 or more years of management experience; in any industry.
- Active Cosmetology or Barber license.
- 1 or more years of experience behind the chair.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
