What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Floyds Seafood?
We are looking for the newest member of our Floyds Family! We are looking to fill the position of Host/Hostess in our lively Casual Dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and communication skills, have a desire to interact with our customers, and have previous experience in a hospitality environment. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for welcoming customers, seating them and making recommendations for products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Providing accurate wait times and managing the wait list.
- Assist guests in finding a table and seating them in a timely manner.
- Assist with any special requests.
- Answer initial questions regarding the menu and/or service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
