FM Industries has locations in Fremont and Livermore, CA with multiple shift opportunities!
Days: Mon-Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm; Swing: Mon-Fri 2:00pm to 10:30pm; Weekends: Fri-Sun 8am to 8pm
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Perform activities by understanding customer needs, analyzing data, and recommending data driven solutions that benefit both the company and our customer.
- Work effectively as a liaison between internal teams in multiple locations to ensure high-priority customer needs are being met.
- Partner with the customer to establish clear business goals, timelines, priorities, and metrics of success.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for critical customer issues.
- Identify challenges and provide relevant information and action plans to both internal and external customers.
- Drive development of detailed, achievable production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity.
- Produce Gantt Charts, Sequence of Events reports at customer request
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree or 7-10 years of management/manufacturing/planning experience
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced self-directed environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with executive level reporting
- Effective organization and planning skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management, customer success, and/or customer service
- Proactive and self-motivated
