Position Expectations We Have for Client Services Representative:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing contact and sales support daily
- Facilitate and guide clients through the enrollment process to ensure we are setting them up with products and services that meet their needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for client enrollment and reporting
- Continuously expand knowledge of sales strategies, products, services, bundles, and communication strategies
- Deescalate client concerns utilizing active listening skills displaying empathy, sincerity, and care
- Utilize all resources; maintain frequent contact with management, attend quarterly sales and performance reviews
Client Services Representative Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing, sales, business development, or client management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Can take rejection and use it as an opportunity to improve communication skills
- Proven track record of providing a positive customer experience
