Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance to any applicable federal or state laws.
- Comply with customer's warehouse operations processes and procedures.
- Adhere to customer's warehousing policies, procedures, and practices to best meet quality aspect of operations.
- Plan and conduct employee trainings for warehouse team members to secure safety and stable operations.
- Perform warehouse asset management (purchasing and maintaining of equipment) in compliance with any applicable state and federal laws, as well as to secure stable operations.
- Schedule and meet with team members on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics related field.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to create great team work and to supervise.
- Strong C/S and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Efficiency in MS Office products.
