Role: Operations Manager
Reports to: Operations Director
Compensation: TBD, based on experience
Location: Office in Kaukauna with travel to Neenah and FDL bi-weekly

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)
- Two years of experience leading a team to achieve outstanding results
- Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good working knowledge of commonly used software/computer packages such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment abilities
- Analytical and multitasking skills
What you are great at: (Responsibilities)
- Owning the implementation and execution of the company’s vision and objectives
- Reviewing and understanding the monthly budgets for every technician
- Conducting monthly inventory audits
- Leading the execution of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Leading service operations within the organization
- Actively leveraging technology and systems to drive productivity
- Conducting 1-on-1 meetings and performance evaluations with all direct reports
- Walking, talking, and living the Focus culture, and recognizing team members based on that culture
- Recruiting, hiring, and, if necessary, terminating team members
- Addressing high-level resident and team member issues and concerns
- Motivating and leading a team to achieve outstanding results
- Staying updated on industry best practices and implementing new tools and technologies to enhance maintenance operations
- Enhancing the skills and capabilities of service/maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Training and supervising service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality service
- Demonstrating the ability to lead remotely, effectively managing and coordinating service/maintenance activities across multiple properties or locations
- Fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment focused on meeting residents' needs with speed and excellence
