What you are great at: (responsibilities)
- Coordinating with future residents with move in procedures and answering questions
- Create energy through calls on them move in process
- Communicate effectively through phone, email and text messages
- Assist with building a strong service culture and creating “wow” moments to those we serve
- Use Appfolio to communicate and send out necessary information to new residents.
- Organize, audit and review leases to ensure all charges and information is accurate before move in
- Respond to all resident inquiries in positively and professionally
- Help in response to Google Reviews and any resident complaints.
- Coordinate with other departments on a daily basis to prepare for move ins
- Assist in diffusing situations and identity solutions to various situations.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system

- Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Drive functions.
