Primary Responsibilities
Prep and service under Chef's direction
Plating of menu items which could include dessert plating in addition to plating savory dishes
Customize dishes per dietary restrictions or per request from customers
Dishes and kitchen cleaning as required before, during, and after service
Maintain tidiness of workstations and follow all health and safety requirements

Job Details
30-40 hours per week
Starting rate: $20 /hour, DOE, plus commission on sales
Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits (must maintain minimum of 30 hours per week)
Paid parking/Orca card
