Position Summary:
The Brand Ambassador/Customer Experience Specialist (CX Specialist) is part of the Customer Experience (CX) Team. This role contributes to the success of the company through interactive partnerships with our business partners, customers, and new prospects to drive and exceed sales budgets. The Brand Ambassador/CX Specialist supports our vision by cultivating our customer base through proactive and intuitive service, educating end-users and business partners on our wide range of products, and assisting interested customers through the sales cycle. The Brand Ambassador/CX Specialist supports the sales experience through our Chip Warranty Program and Sample Program and is responsible for “Delivering the WOW experience through outstanding customer service. The Brand Ambassador/CX Specialist is an integral part of our showroom experience.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position
- An ideal candidate must be fully bilingual - in Spanish and English- both verbally and in writing.
- This role participates in our hybrid schedule; Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Major Duties Include:
- An ideal candidate must be fully bilingual - in Spanish and English- both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates efficiency, effectiveness, and ownership in all assigned tasks and projects
- Supports in qualifying and assigning incoming leads, Contact Us forms, Find a Rep forms, and other customer interaction (cases) according to current SOPCompletes targeted sales calls to achieve quarterly sales campaign goals within designated timeframes
- Services end users by being experts on our products, standards, and industry complexities to support internal sales initiatives
- Facilitates HubSpot workflow by inputting customer data ensuring customer profile integrity, and following up on all assigned activities and opportunities
- Connects prospective sales leads with our local sales reps and respective regional sales managers/ directors
- Acts as a liaison between prospective customers and distribution partners and/or FOH® Outside Sales Team through all the touch points of the sales cycle
- Assists and guides end-users and business partners through our showroom and our wide array of solutions
- Assists Product Development with showroom displays, item maintenance, and product labels as needed
- Processes Chip Warranty, Sample Orders, or Replacements as needed
- Handles projects, opportunities, and challenges with versatility and commitment to excellence from beginning to end
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Actively participates in all one-on-one and group meetings
- Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish communication written and oral, copywriting proficiency
- 2 years’ of sales, and customer service, with a hospitality background preferably
- Experience with face-to-face customer service is highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly desired
- SAP Business One experience preferred
