- 0-3 years of experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk, and use hands and fingers.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus.

The Transfer Heat Press Operator is responsible for operating transfer heat press equipment, inspecting work orders to ensure accuracy, and following detailed work instructions to maintain quality.
Responsibilities
- Press decals and transfers on merchandise, match the decals and the transfers with the back orders, and place final products with the backorder ready for packing.
- Maintain all materials, supplies, and work area in a clean and orderly manner/condition and follow Safety and Sanitation procedures/policies.
- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary. This includes but is not limited to stocking, cleaning, facing returns of merchandise to shelves, and performing other duties as assigned or needed.
- Actively engage in safety programs.
