About the Role & Your Contribution:
Folloze is looking for an energetic HR manager in CO to join our People & Culture team. Your primary focus will be partnering with the team in Colorado and with members in other locations to ensure an excellent employee experience.
This person will collaborate with the People & Culture team on executing, improving and enhancing employee services, and maintaining employee data and transactions. This is a very hands-on role that requires this individual to be self-driven, with strong problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to work well both independently and in a team-based setting. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and looking to kickstart your career in the field, this is the place to be.
What you will do at Folloze
HR Administration and processes:
- Administer and provide input into the Folloze’s HR policies and procedures: Onboarding, leave, reward programs and offboarding
- Manage and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Support employees in the Benefits process: Assist employees with enrollment, process contributions and address plan questions. Communicate plan changes, hold annual open enrollments and onboard/offboard from plans.
- Collaborate with HR team on Employee Relations management
- Be an ambassador of company culture and drive initiatives to constantly build upon and improve culture
About Our Ideal Candidate
Experience:
- At least 5 years in HR roles
- Experience in all facets of human resources including: Recruitment processes, talent management, benefit and compensation administration, employee relations and legal compliance requirements, HRIS and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and associated regulations
- Experience handling sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written)
- Independent self-starter, with the ability to effectively work collaboratively across disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
