From managing daily operations to fostering an enthusiastic atmosphere, you’ll keep the positive vibes flowing and guests delighted. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or a similar role. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Hospitality Enthusiast: Genuine passion for guest service. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Reliability: Dependable and punctual. Energy: Positive, energetic, and team-spirited. Empathy: Connects with guests and staff alike. Values: Shares our organic and hospitality-driven values. Language Skills: Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus. Footwear: Non-slip shoes required (not provided). Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old. Transportation: Reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements: Manual Dexterity: Skilled in fine and gross motor tasks. Vision: Peripheral and near/far visual accuracy. Hearing: Able to hear and respond to instructions. Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: Capable of moving objects up to 80 pounds. Standing/Walking: Extended periods with focus and precision. Flexibility/Mobility: Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move fluidly.
