Manager, Product Management Operations – Private Label Electronics
This position is with a global supplier of electronics, components and subassemblies. The company is continuing their expansion into new verticals and markets where most of the manufacturing efforts are private label, and you will play a key role in the business.
This position entails leading a team of high performing product/project managers and data analysts. The primary responsibilities of the Product Management Operations team are to provide project management, process management, analytics and reporting support enabling Product Management to achieve its objectives
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Product Management, you will lead and manage the Product Management Operations team to meet new product introduction goals. You will be charged with project selection, scoping, project management, and establishing Project Management best practices and tools. You will lead the establishment, improvement, and maintenance of new product introduction processes for private label products (NPA or New Product Addition), including documentation and training for all stakeholders and participants
For this role we are looking for an Engineering degree with specific project management experience in the electronics industry, leading teams of project managers and data analysts. We are looking for someone who has had commercial success with existing business and new product introduction.
The company is expanding rapidly. This is an extremely visible role and you will be noticed.
Note: This role can be remote for now though our plan is to have you onsite 1-2 times per week.
