Role: Maintenance Technician
Location: Welcome, MN (onsite)
Salary: Starting at $30/hour OT
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and become the backbone of our plant operations! Your mission: ensure our equipment runs smoothly to maximize production quality and quantity, all while supporting our company’s goals.
You’ll be a key player in our plant’s maintenance program, performing scheduled and emergency repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to keep things ticking. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with production and shipping teams to coordinate maintenance efforts and ensure minimal downtime.
When it’s time to upgrade or install new equipment, you’ll team up with engineers, contractors, and vendors to get the job done right. Troubleshooting issues and assisting with installations are all part of the role, ensuring our operations are efficient and compliant with safety regulations.
With your high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, you’ll hit the ground running. Experience with welding and familiarity with dry-mill ethanol plant maintenance are definite pluses.
