What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Housing Programs position at Foothill AIDS Project?
To include but not limited to:
1. Housing Services implementation and coordination: Assists with implementation,
monitoring and coordination of housing services in SPA 3 and 7. Monitor program team
members and subcontractors performance as stated in contracts to achieve the
program's desired outcomes. Perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in
direct support of the accomplishment of program objective
2. Provides Oversite & Leadership interviewing, recommend hire, supervise, train, direct, assigned team members in accordance with organizational policy, funder expectations
Provide on-site leadership appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in compliance with all applicable FAP policies, contract(s) and Federal and State laws and regulations
3. Maintain/update policies and procedures within housing programs, which include
program eligibility, grant compliance and quality improvement
4. Outreach/Program Marketing to potential collaborative partners and promote program
in the community, and participate in community meeting addressing housing issues
5. Perform Specialized Activities audit client files making sure eligibility is established
and progress towards goals are documented as well as any incidents occurred. Collect
and analyze data/information for various reports. Research and maintain knowledge of
all housing options in LA county
6. Monitor and Analyze review, track, assess, research, compile, reconcile and produce a wide range of data and reports as needed or required by senior management, program administrators, auditors and/or funding sources to ensure program outcomes
7. Ensure Compliance work closely with HR and/or Administration to ensure compliance with FAP Employee Handbook, Cal/OSHA, Federal/State labor laws. All HIPAA, HUD, HOPWA regulations as related to FAP current and future contracts
8. Other Duties:
Time and Labor: Employees must record their time accurately and in accordance to
time worked. All time must be recorded within the Stratustime System.
9. Other duties as assigned subject to job revision based on business need or contract
requirement(s)
