What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead Day Position position at Footprint?
Under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, the Production Team Lead monitors and ensure the department’s overall production to adhere to quality, safety, and efficiency standards, as well as compliance with good manufacturing practices. In addition, the Team Lead also trains Production Line Workers and Machine Operators as required, troubleshoots operation problems, and provides back-up as needed. Team Leaders with Footprint assists with employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of HS diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience working in a plant production environment.
- Skilled in operating plant equipment
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Multitasking is an essential job function for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer skills.
- Able to work overtime as required.
- Able to reach, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs.), twist, squat, push and pull.
