Demonstrate clinical understanding of the trial protocol.
Conduct a quality control review of the subject chart following each clinical trial visit. The quality control review involves the following:
Review the informed consent form(s) for each trial subject for accuracy and completeness. All signatures, initials, and dates required by both the subject, subject’s parent or legal guardian (as applicable), and responsible site staff are to be present and accurate.
Examine source documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Review visit-based worksheets and checklists, lab requisitions, lab or diagnostic reports, progress notes, Investigator assessments, and accountability of the investigational product (as applicable) to ensure these are present in the subject chart and complete.
Enter data into Sponsor-designated electronic data capture system or transcribe onto case report forms.
Address data queries issued by the Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee according to specified timelines.
Work collaboratively with other members of the clinical and administrative research team to ensure protocol and standard operating procedures are followed.
Work within the organization’s systems and databases and updating as needed.
Complete site required training and Sponsor or protocol-related training as required by the role.
Perform other job-related duties as requested or required by the organization.
