**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategy Development:**
- Develop social media and influencer marketing strategies with the Head of Marketing.
- Identify key influencers to amplify the brand message.
- **Execution and Management:**
- Manage social media channels, content creation, and community engagement.
- Oversee influencer campaigns and coordinate with the PR agency.
- Handle calendar management for content scheduling and influencer activities.
- **Content Creation:**
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Work with designers and photographers for high-quality visuals.
- **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement.
- **Relationship Management:**
- Build relationships with influencers and partners.
- Manage contracts and influencer budgets.
**Qualifications:**
- 3 years in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Proven success in social media and influencer campaigns.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, including calendar management.
