Summary
The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all of Forcht Bank’s marketing, advertising, and public relations programs in consultation with the Chief Marketing Officer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
- Working with Market Presidents to determine marketing needs and opportunities in each market.
- Planning and oversight of the marketing budget for all Bank markets.
- Work with the Senior Graphic Designer and CMO on copy and design of all print advertising including newspaper, direct mail, billboards, program ads, etc.
- Writing and production of radio and TV commercials as needed.
- Working with media reps on placement of all print, TV radio and other media.
- Ordering and distribution of all promotional items as needed.
- Ongoing tracking of results of all advertising and marketing efforts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with Market Presidents and bank staffs
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications. Additional work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
- Five (5) years’ of marketing experience.
- Experience in bank marketing strongly preferred.
Other Requirements
- May be required to attend activities outside the bank to stay abreast of new developments, best practices, civic activities, and statutory and regulatory changes.
