The Opportunity
The Head of Lincoln Marketing and Brand will lead the charge in evolving Lincoln’s US marketing communications to leverage data and technology to enable ‘who’ and ‘how’ we engage clients today and tomorrow. The ultimate ambition: data and tech enabled, idea-led marketing that is customer-centric. In addition, this person will also oversee the day to day vehicle line management, including P&L responsibilities, for our ICE vehicles (Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator and Navigator)
The Head of Lincoln Marketing and Brand will galvanize the functional teams, acting as a champion for change, to empower one unified integrated marketing communications and brand group aligned behind a common goal and shared outcomes.
With strong creativity and passion for the work, the Head of Lincoln Marketing and Brand Management will, at their core, be a modern marketer and both inspire great work and be a brilliant operator, who knows how to navigate complex and matrixed organizations and brands. She/he/they will be proven at working with multiple stakeholders and lead the charge with agency partners to drive work that delivers exceptional business results.
The Team/Organization
The Lincoln Head of Marketing and Brand leader has accountability for end-to-end marketing communications (the “purchase funnel”) experience as well as brand management over the individual nameplates (Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator and Navigator).
This role will lead a team of approximately 10 people including the head of US Lincoln marketing and associated Brand Managers as well as our Media, Product Communications and Digital and Social Strategy teams. This role will also be responsible for managing our agencies and report to Lincoln’s Director of NA Marketing Sales and Services.
