Commited to world class patient care, the lab has invested in state of the art technology. Operating 24 hours-a-day, 5 days a week, we deliver accurate results quickly so care plans can be implemented sooner.
The lab offers a complete range of dermatology testing including: routine pathology, immunohistochemistry, special stains, and direct immunofluorescence studies, while utilizing advanced technology for automated processing and automated staining. A broad test menu allows us to keep nearly all testing in house, reducing turnaround time and additional bills for the patient.
Part Time: 40 hours a week
Scheduled Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities
The Lab Assistant is responsible for accessioning specimens, preparing slide trays, filing of blocks and slides, and assisting with all aspects of lab organization and maintenance.
Qualifications
Education:
1.High School Diploma required.
2.Previous experience in a lab environment is preferred
Pay and Benefits:
Based on education, experience, starting wage is $17.25 with second shift differential of $2.00 and third shift differential of $4.00.
