Job Description Senior Project Managers hold vital leadership roles in our organization due to their specialized expertise and skills that allows them to successfully manage all aspects of asbestos, lead, mold and/or other industrial hygiene projects.  Their work requires technical problem solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality, and caution. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency and assures consistent achievement of quality standards. Responsibilities for this role include timely communication with clients; proposal generation, managing project budgets, generating final reports, interpreting results to the clients, and mentoring junior staff. They may also be involved with performing on-site surveys, inspections, assessments, and auditing of safety procedures and applicable regulations associated with industrial hygiene and environmental projects. Who You AreA Certified Industrial HygienistYou understand the value of delivering high quality detailed work and service.Enjoy multiple and varied activities with simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.Ability to quickly make decisions based on quality standards and policies.Possess a high level of effective communication skills.Thorough, precise and take pride in delivering quality work product.    ·       What You’ll Bring Working knowledge of industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety concepts, and the use of common IEQ field instruments. 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or experience successfully managing large and complex projects in at least one area of our service lines offered. Bachelor of Science in industrial hygiene, health and safety, biological or physical science is preferred. (8 years relevant experience may be an acceptable substitute for a degree.) Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new software programs easily. Type a minimum of 40 WPM. Valid driver’s license, valid automobile insurance and reliable transportation to travel to job sites and meetings. Willing to travel when necessary and have some flexibility in schedule. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and pass annual physical and respirator fit test exams
