What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Stockperson position at Forever 21?
Experienced stock supervisor needed to manage stock team, merchandise, and inventory based on our company’s needs. Stock responsibilities include receiving shipments, overseeing inventory, pricing, and communicating receipts to our visuals manager. To be successful in this role, you should have stockroom experience, excellent communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment with superior time management skills. The position includes lifting, sorting, and the ability to process a specific amount of units per hour. Big-box experience in a fast-paced stock environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receives shipments and oversees storage of products.
- Lead other employees with enthusiasm to achieve stock goals.
- Follow LP guidelines to get product censored, hung, and out onto the floor
- Keep updated inventory count (including daily shipments)
Skills
- Proven work experience as a head of stock
- Good understanding of LP guidelines and productivity expectations
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
