What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Form 10 Group?
An IT company in Tampa, Florida is looking for an high-level dispatcher to manage field service tickets across several different field service programs. The dispatcherr will work closely with the teams for each program as well as the customer to ensure successful dispatch and closing of all field service tickets within required SLA for each program. The primary responsibility for this role will be to ensure all field service tickets are accomplished and closed on time.
To be successful in this job you need to stay on top of constantly changing statuses for tickets coming in and jobs in process and always be following up. You need to have a good ability to manage resources in the field.
Job location is our HQ in Tampa, Florida. But also need to be able to monitor and dispatch after hours or on weekends as needed (more limited).
Requirements:
· 4 or more years relevant experience in field service, project planning, dispatching or office scheduling administration, preferably in the IT industry.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong multi-task and follow up skills
· Strong in using Microsoft Office and other applications
· Ability to learn and quickly become proficient using multiple software programs
· Experience using field service software is a plus
· Some college preferred
Mandatory items also include ability to pass a background check as well as a drug screen. Must be able to start immediately once background check is complete. Must be a US citizen.
