We are currently seeking a talented Project Designer with experience in commercial interior spaces to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial interiors, with bonus points for direct SCIF design experience. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can lead projects through all phases of design and construction. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver a full range of project design services across all phases, including programming, space planning, development of interior design concepts, finish and furniture selection, documentation, and construction administration.
  • Collaborate with team members and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external project communication.
  • Present design solutions to clients and client representatives.
  • Participate in interviews as a member of the design team for potential new projects.
  • Demonstrate the firm's core values and leadership to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing commercial interiors.
  • Experience leading design teams through all project phases.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other modeling or rendering software.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and graphic.
  • Strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Professional licensure and credentials (NCIDQ, AIA, LEED, or WELL).
  • Experience designing SCIF spaces.
