Cannabis Pre Roll Packer & Packaging

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Main job duties will be packing, weighing, quality checking pre rolls. It is necessary the ideal candidate will be able to keep up with the pre roll machine while producing exceptional pre rolls that is up to Forte expectations. Each pre roller will need to hit their individual hourly target of pre rolls.

Previous pre roll experience required.

• Shred, sift and de-stem materials
• Keep a clean work station, room and facility
• Assemble and pack prerolls- Quality check, tube, box, label
• Punctual/reliable, reliable transportation, follows directions
• Trustworthy and honest character
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Ability to successfully perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
• Perform all duties required to ensure a clean and safe facility.
• This job includes any and all task we direct you to undertake at the time at or below your abilities and pay grade.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience not required, will train on site

Physical Requirements and State Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS, bending over, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to listen and have excellent communicate with coworkers.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of applying
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must have a valid state ID

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Pre Roll: 1 year (Preferred)
