Essential Functions:
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining Quality sales order files.
- Prepare, maintain and issue Lot/Serial numbers in control log.
- Compile supplier certificates of conformance for the FAI package.
- Review completed data pack and distribute lot completion (electronically).
- Complete the Certificate of Conformance for shipment (as required). Must also copy various data for distribution to Contracts and the Shipping Department and prepare Ammunition Data Cards.
- Archive Sales Order Closeouts and file miscellaneous documents.
- Scanning and archiving of all records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Attention to detail, organizing and maintaining Quality files.
- Ability to produce accurate documents.
- Shows initiative in gaining in-depth experience in areas of technology relevant to company products
- Works well in a team environment and alone
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
- 3 to 6 years of experience
