PENNSYLVANIA

  • Montgomeryville, P.A.
  • Oxford Valley, P.A.
  • Exton, P.A.

DELAWARE

  • Wilmington, D.E.
  • Christiana, D.E.

Hourly rate / Salary Commission Incentive (20%)

ALL THREE OF THESE ARE PAID EVERY 2 WEEKS !!

The Backyard Specialist (Sales Associate) is the most important team member in our store! You are on the front line and the first interaction with the customer!

The primary responsibility is to sell and to learn all facets of the business with the most important emphasis being to drive your own personal sales! You have a no customer walks mentality and there is no objection or obstacle with closing the sale that you can't overcome!

We are the nation’s largest specialty retailer for outdoor home furnishings year round! We are hiring immediately, business is strong and we need strong sales associates to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Sell by engaging with the customer.
  • Be confident in yourself and the brand.
  • Know how to ask for the sale without contemplation or hesitation.
  • Follow up with the customer.
  • Radiate enthusiasm and positive energy with a no customer walks mentality!

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Knows how to ask for and close the sale.
  • Eager to be #1 in sales with the #1 largest specialty retailer for outdoor home furnishings!
