Responsibilities
The Data Coordinator will be part of the Client Insight team and will be responsible for maintaining data stored within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Data Coordinator will assist with report management, educating team members on proper CRM data strategies set forth by the firm, and ensuring the data accuracy and integrity in other firm platforms.
- Data input of new records pertaining to potential and existing clients.
- Data cleaning – systematic review and updating of all existing data records including bulk imports and updates to all records.
- Working with the team to update known discrepancies.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify prospects.
- Assist with the ongoing creation and maintenance of the CRM training and instructional materials.
- Assist with the customization of the CRM system as appropriate to match varying needs of teams and produce reports to analyze data.
- Manage multiple projects at once, recommend prioritization, timelines and processes to ensure all success criteria are met.
- Confident, proactive, flexible approach.
- Various other marketing duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel advanced formulas and functions required• Experience with lead generation/management preferred• Excellent writing, organizational, communication and planning skills required• Strong project management experience required• Strong attention to detail required• Strong critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills required• Ability to work effectively and efficiently handling multiple tasks, often under tight deadlines required• Resourceful in addressing challenges and solving problems required• A team player with a positive attitude required• Ability to work closely and effectively with all levels of management with a high degree of professionalism required
