As a member of the eight person Leadership Team help develop company strategy and execute on these plans. Play a vital role in leading the core operating engine of the firm including the Dominican Republic operations group, Account Servicing (Boston) and Underwriting (Boston). On day one, assume leadership of the Dominican Republic office and over time become the leader of Underwriting and Account Servicing, with the potential of leading more business units over time. 

In this role you will:

• Lead three key operating groups which are the core operating engine of the company.
• Prioritize and drive key growth initiatives that have the most impact on the business, while balancing short-term and long-term objectives.
• Cultivate a high-performance environment with a focus on operational excellence; Lead in a highly engaged manner, balance priorities and align teams around an operational plan.
• Skilled at recruiting, attracting, and retaining a diverse and accomplished team while adding to an award-winning workplace culture.
• Helping to maintain a highly inclusive culture and ensuring organizational outcomes are met.
• Empower individuals and teams to produce high-quality work and reach their full potential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years experience in senior leadership positions.
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Understanding of advanced business planning.
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
