\n- Work with the Growth Team to develop and maintain the advertising/media strategy for the company, increasing consumer awareness and acquisition for Forward as it expands across the US.
- Own the day to day execution of Forward’s media buys through online and offline platforms.
- Continuously innovate on building into new channels for acquisition/engagement initiatives.
- Track, analyze and interpret key performance metrics to maximize scale and efficiency.
- Own process for A/B / multivariate testing from test design to results synthesis
- Create and own dashboards for management and optimization of ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to help build the marketing infrastructure we need to support such channels.

- 3 years experience in growth marketing, digital and social media marketing, BD/partnerships, media management, media buying, and/or e-mail marketing.
- Experience working with and negotiating with ad vendors/salespeople.
- Understanding of key acquisition channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, Programmatic Display, Affiliates, etc.
- BA/BS.
- Startup experience.
- Experience with common ad buying platforms/BI tools.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$180,000, plus equity and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
