Swim Teacher Wanted
At Foss Swim School, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Teacher to join our team. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment for children of all ages, teaching them essential life-swim skills and promoting water safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead classes of 1-4 students, providing hands-on instruction and promoting swimmer safety
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress
- Support and embody the company's cultural pillars: Connect, Collaborate, Empower, and Belong
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working in a pool setting
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Aquatic background preferred, but not required
