What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Product Manager position at Fossil?
Fossil Digital is looking for a Product Manager, who is a guru with all things frontend UX/UI and experimentation. Leading their own Agile pod with a strong knowledge of A/B testing best practices, they will drive the growth of our websites down the full shopping funnel.
As the organization’s leader in Growth & Experimentation, you will work closely with partners in engineering, design, analytics and merchandising to strategically identify hypotheses to improve our shopping journey and build features and capabilities that grow and engage our customers.
What You’ll Do
Own the enhancements and experimentation roadmap of Fossil’s global web roadmap, comprising a strong and creative backlog of ideas focused on improving conversion and revenue
- Make data-driven decisions to prioritize the backlog of experimentation ideas into a unified global roadmap that meets the needs of multiple regions
- Manage a pod of development, analytics, and UX/UI experts to execute experimentation and implementation of winning results
- Work closely with the digital transformation, regional merchandisers, and Digital IT to plan a cross-functional roadmap
- Translate product strategy into key objectives, feature deliverables, and acceptance criteria to lead discovery & execution
- Accountable for roadmap prioritization, capacity management of pod, and internal training/enablement of new features to impacted partners and business stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Fossil’s customer and business as well as maintain an awareness of competitive products and eCommerce industry trends to continually inform product direction
