What are the responsibilities and job description for the International Tax, Senior position at Foster McKay?
The International Tax Senior Analyst is responsible for:
- Preparation and Review U.S. Federal Tax Return Form 5471 and 8858, Form 1118, Form 8992-Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), Form 8991 – Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT) and Form 8993 – Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII)
- Preparation and Review of Company’s forecasted 1118 for provision and forecasted cash taxes.
- Working with co-sourced 3rd party providers to complete assigned tasks.
- Leveraging technology solutions to optimize processes.
- Support the company’s cash repatriation efforts.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
- Develop and train tax interns and/or tax analysts
- Support company positions in tax audits and participate in tax planning projects
- Assist in preparing calculations to determine company' Pillar Two tax liability.
Requirements
- 3-5 year of International Tax experience
- Big 4 Tax Accounting Experience a plus (not required)
- CPA a plus
