Funding Analyst Description & Duties:
Reviews loan documents for compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Trains dealers on completion of loan documents and answers program questions. Communicates document issues to dealers and helps resolves them. Assists with business development by building strong dealer relationships and by working closely with the credit and marketing group
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Review incoming loan documents for compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Enter loans into loan system for funding.
- Answer program questions and/or trains dealers on funding/paperwork processes.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Applicants must be reliable, dynamic, sociable and enthusiastic team players; while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgement and communication skills. Applicants must also have great attention to detail and ability to multi-task under the stress of deadlines with a strong desire to help the organization succeed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years office or customer service experience required.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
- Strong typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- One evening shift per week and one half-day on Saturday every 5 weeks.
