Cabinet Maker

Foundry 39 is a vertically integrated manufacturer of solid wood furniture located in Goshen, IN. We are a lean start-up with serious growth potential. We have many clear competitive advantages beyond that, like our Foundry-Guard finish which is Non-Toxic/Non-VOC. Our ultimate goal is to get to a 7-day lead time which will far exceed any potential competition.

We are looking for a true craftsman with at least 3 years of cabinet-making experience. We are a production facility but your experience can help us streamline processes for speed. We're a small company that can't yet offer benefits. We do, however, provide paid vacation and holidays. Feel free to contact us for more information!

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble cabinets according to specifications and blueprints
- Utilize various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and finish cabinet components
- Install hardware, such as hinges and handles, onto cabinets
- Ensure cabinets are properly aligned and level during installation
- Repair and restore damaged cabinets, including water damage restoration and mold remediation
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role
- Proficient in using woodworking tools and equipment
- Knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during fabrication or installation

Note: Heavy lifting may be required in this role.
