Accounting Specialist - Office Manager

Overview

Triblio, part of Foundry's family of companies, is seeking an Accounting Specialist – Office Manager to join our team in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities

Office Manager Responsibilities:

• HR onboarding contact for new employees – set up their workspace, make introductions, give them a tour of the facility, etc.
• IT onboarding contact for new employees (hand out company laptop and related technology equipment)
• Facility - door access and key fob point of contact
• Guest/visitor point of contact
• Monitor office supplies stock and make orders when necessary
• Maintain snack and coffee stock for the office
• Assist with meeting setup, including sending out calendar invites and preparing conference rooms
• Manage catering ordering for the office
• Receive and distribute mail

Accounting Responsibilities:

• AR Review
• Collection phone calls and emails
• Enter in AP invoices
• Monitor finance email box
• Update cashflow sheet
• Enter ads invoices/work with Customer Success Managers
• Deposit physical checks
• Assist in the monthly close

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in bookkeeping and office management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
