Status: Casual
Hourly Rate: $25.06 plus gratuities
Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, HI

We are looking for a Barista who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our DUO Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, as well as information regarding preparation methods.
Knowledge and Skills
Education:
Must possess good knowledge of service and food & beverage products and have had 2 years of food & beverage service experience in a similar role.
Experience:
Two year’s experience required
Skills & Abilities:
Must maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep and maintain high standard and set a positive example for fellow employees. Must appear approachable, comply with grooming standards and have excellent personal presentation skills as per FSM guidelines. Should be responsible, hardworking and able to work cheerfully under pressure Should have excellent communication skills and be prepared to develop strong customer service skills. Must be able to work in a team or during quiet parts of the day work individually and be responsible for preparation, serving, taking money and organizing. Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
