The Mountain Club Concierge is responsible for the management of Member’s ski and snowboard equipment, while providing superior service according to Four Seasons Core and Culture Standards to ensure maximum Guest satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities Ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in dealing with Mountain Club Members, guests and other employees. The Concierge contributes to smooth operation of member’s ski and snowboard experience by efficiently accomplishing all specific tasks and duties assigned. Ability to handle a multitude of tasks, as well as prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Concierge is expected to anticipate members needs and create an effortless experience. Preferred Qualifications and Skills -We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. -Strong communication skills are required. -The ability to multitask and prioritize is essential. - Strong computer skills are required - Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays. - Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. - Hospitality experience preferred - College Degree preferred - Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
