The Opportunity: We are seeking an Overnight Residential Services Attendant, an exciting opportunity to be part of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville! We are offering a $1,500 signing bonus -- $500 upon hire and $1,000 upon successful completion of six (6) months. This promotion is active to those who accept an offer starting February 6, 2023, until March 6, 2023. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Helps processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers Assist residents with luggage, transportation requirements, deliveries, parcels, wine deliveries, groceries, etc. following instructions as specified by the Resident Provide information regarding residential and/or hotel/resort events, services and amenities Assist homeowners transporting items to and from private storage as requested Assist in Residential Lobby service - answer telephones at the Residences Concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or Residential Leader Assists other Residential team members, including Management, Public Area Assistants and Residence Concierge, with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods Handle all Owner interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special request whenever possible; seek any opportunity to prevent owner glitches, assist in all enquiries in connection with the Residence services and facilities The ability to communicate residence requests effectively to the Residence Concierge to ensure prompt completion of tasks Relieve other residential roles for meal periods and in case of emergency Helps ensure that the Residential Lobby, and other Common Areas are in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous Residential Services or Guest Services experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment. Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language in all forms. Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work third-shift. Strong attention to detail. Ability to use a variety of software.
