Four Winds Hospital, a private psychiatric hospital located in Westchester County NY, is recruiting a Clinical Director The Clinical Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with the Medical Director and Chief Nursing Officer. Responsible for program development and clinical oversight of the clinical staff for both the 178 inpatient psychiatric beds and the Partial Hospitalization outpatient program.
Duties include:
·Responsible for the oversight of the day to day operations of the hospital’s clinical programs
·Oversee administrative aspects of clinical programs to manage quality and utilization
·Oversee training opportunities for the professional development of clinical staff
·Working with Quality Management to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New York. Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, brief assessments, and individual psychotherapy preferred. At least 5 years’ experience, and previous supervision is required.
