Responsibilities The Butcher is in charge of preparing the use of meat, seafood and poultry items according to established specifications, production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. The Butcher works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required. The Butcher is required to operate, maintain and properly clean a food processor, mixer, meat and cheese slicer. We are looking for an individuals who are passionate about culinary! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. Proficient knife skills are also required. This position also requires continuous standing for up to 8 hrs per shift and the ability to lift up to 70lbs. A minimum of 2 years of culinary or related work experience is preferred alongside a Culinary education.
