The Opportunity: Four Seasons is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Night Manager. The Night Manager oversees the hotel's Front Office operation during a night shift. However, this individual is also partially responsible for the Hotel's security, as well as Health & Fire Safety operations. Must be “hands on” and provide the leadership and direction required to motivate the team and ensure the smooth, efficient and standard operation of the Hotel. Who We Look For: We look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do. Knowledge and Skills: Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English. Additional languages would be beneficial. At least one year of experience in a similar role within a five star luxury environment preferred Previous administration of persons in lifesaving or property protection situations is ideal Experienced in CPR, first aid, fire prevention/fighting and crowd control desired A valid full Driver’s License is required. Leadership skills to provide direction to the management and employees. Has the ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization on the status of security, Health & Safety issue. Has the emotional maturity to understand the impact and sensitivity of security issues. Experience in other areas of the hotel operation s an advantage Knowledge of Opera Reservations System is an advantage Visa Requirements: US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship.
