The role: Prepare food items of consistent quality according to guest orders following recipes, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; basic knowledge of health codes and understanding of knife work. Complete mise en place and set-up station for lunch and/or dinner service; operates, upholds and properly cleans kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
