Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Lead initiatives to drive process transformation, improve financial performance and drive business growth.
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams to identify and implement standardization efforts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights.
- Utilize Smartsheet and Excel to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
What you need to have:
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvement and project management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Apttus and SFDC.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, including automation, macros and complex formulas.
- Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget (Project Management certification a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with process transformation resulting in cost savings and business efficiencies.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
